Firstcourt Quick Wins are a fast simple and low cost way of improving your use of technology. For a special rate of only £1800 you get to work with one of our advisors for three days to completely design and plan a Quick Win solution for your business.
Any business or management advisor will tell you that the first thing to do to start improvements is to tackle the quick wins. This simply means doing a few very small projects that can be delivered and show results as quickly as possible.
Firstcourt offer a specific service to help you with this, based on just three days use of an advisor. Taking a simple issue to look at, we will work with you to identify what can be done to create a Quick Win. Your advisor will fully plan and specify a Quick Win project which should be able to be completed by your own staff or other providers in less than a week.
Before we start, a very simple objective or area of the business is agreed for us to look at. Often, this will be one of the areas Firstcourt has already designed as a good Quick Win topic. All three days will happen in a single week.
During Week 2, the Quick Win plan can be implemented and delivered by your IT staff or other external resource. Firstcourt can manage this process and provide technical staff if required. In either case, Firstcourt will be available to answer any quick queries that arise.
