Firstcourt collect tapes every day and deliver the next. No need to request tapes.
All tapes are secured by the client in uniquely numbered tamper evident bags, and returned untouched.
Tapes are collected and delivered by secure couriers, as used for credit cards and passport deliveries. (not on Basic service)
Daily tapes kept in high security data safes with two hours of fire protection.
Monthly and archive tapes kept in temperature and humidity controlled storage in a high security facility. |
