Firstcourt TapeOffSite Standard
Looking for a reliable solution to rotate tapes off site? The Standard service is designed to remove the hassle of moving tape sets on and off site and ensure peace of mind.
With the Standard service, completed backup tape sets are collected by Tracked DX from your local DX Exchange, and the next tape set is delivered. Tape sets are fully tracked and deliveries monitored.
Daily and weekly tapes are stored in the short term facility in Sevenoaks, and monthly or archive tapes are taken to our environmentally controlled high security facility in London.
For an annual fee, the service provides: • Exchange of tape sets every working day • Storage in short term facility for daily and weekly tapes. • Storage in long term facility of monthly archive tapes. Plus extras: • New blank tapes supplied by Firstcourt at start up and monthly • Transport and storage for 2 additional archive tapes • Up to 4 out of sequence returns of a tape set from short term storage • One out of sequence return of a tape set from long term storage • Backup tracking board for your office/server room to manage secure packet receipts.
Firstcourt TapeOffSite Standard Plus adds additional security features: • Delivery direct to your office instead of DX Exchange • Storage in long term facility of weekly as well as monthly tapes • One extra (total 2) out of sequence returns of a tape set from short term storage |
